开云体育注册 商学院源于2010年成立的商学系，2015年正式更名为商学院。学院下设国际经济与贸易教研室、投资学教研室、财务管理教研室、市场营销教研室，四个专业（含专升本）在校学生人数2738人。
商学院现有专、兼职教师114人，其中副高以上职称57人，拥有一支毕业海内外各名校、学缘分布广泛、年龄结构合理的教师队伍。学院教师共主持和参与国家自然科学基金和国家社会科学基金项目4项，参加省部级科研、教改课题研究10余项，主编和参编教材书籍15余部，发表学术论文80多篇，指导学生参加国家级、省级等各类比赛20余项。
学院积极探索适用于经管类专业和我校学生特点的教学改革，截至2018年底，商学院已获批省级专业试点改革1项，省级特色专业1项，省级创新创业改革试点专业1项，省级教学成果奖1项，校级教学成果奖二等奖1项，校级精品课程和教改项目10项。商学院在教学团队建设、课程与教学资源建设、教学方式改革、教学管理改革方面做了深入研究，通过实施双语教学、案例教学和实验教学等多种教学方式，培养学生的创新意识和实践能力。
实验室建设方面，学院建有经济管理实验实训基地，包括企业经营模拟实验室、财务会计综合实训室、商务综合实训室、综合业务仿真实训室、跨专业综合实训室、金融财务实训室，总占地面积约800平方米。实验室根据专业课程需求，还配备了先进的实验设备和教学软件，总价值达600万，实现了具备仿真化、集成化、实景化于一体的多功能实验室。此外，学院与名鞋库科技有限公司、中国建设银行厦大支行、艾德鞋业有限公司、FESCO等30多家企业建立了校企合作关系。为培养学生的实践和创新能力，积极组织学生到企业参观和实习，鼓励学生参加各类学科竞赛和创新创业项目。
对外交流方面，在学校与台湾大叶大学、台湾实践大学、西安交通大学、英国哈德斯菲尔德大学交流合作项目总协议的框架下，我院针对各个专业教学计划和培养方案制定了“3+1”教学培养模式，每学期定额选派优秀学生到合作外校进行参观、学习和交流。

Introduction to Business School at XIT
Originallyas the Faculty of Business in 2010, XITBusiness School(2015)consists of Economics Faculty and Management Faculty. With four teaching and research section–International Economics and Trade, Investment, Financial Management and Marketing, XITBusiness School now has 2738 undergraduate students on campus.
XITBusiness School hasa dynamic excellent standard teaching team with academic and practice experience in various fields. There arefull-time and part-time 114 teachers including57 Vice-senior title above.Now they host 4 projects inNational Natural Science Foundation and National Social Science Foundation, participate in more than 10 provincial scientific research and teaching reform research projects,edit and co-editmore than 10textbooks, publish more than 80 academic theses, and guide students to participate inover 80competitionsatboth national and provincial levels.
Business School is devoted to exploring the education reformthat is suitable for the studentsin economics and management specialty with different characteristics. By the end of 2018, the school has been approved by one province-level reform pilot project, one province-level features professional, one province-level innovative pilot project, one school-level teaching achievement awards and six school-level teaching reform projects, and receivedone province-level teaching achievement award.Business School has done deep research on Teaching TeamConstruction, Curriculum and Teaching Resources Construction, Teaching Methods Reform and Teaching Management Reform.Via bilingualteaching, case study,experimental teaching, the Business Schoolcultivate students’ creativity and practical skills.
High quality and innovative design of laboratory facilities are provided in Business School. With an investment of 6 million RMB, the Business School construct an economic management experiment bases taking an area of 800 square meters, including the enterprise management simulation workshop, the financial and accounting comprehensive training rooms, Business Training Room,IntServ Simulation Training Room,Transdisciplinary Training Room,Financial Training Room.All the training roomand the laboratories are equipped with advanced experimental equipmentsand teaching softwares,timely updated accordingto the current commercial environment Furthermore, the Business Schoolhasestablishedthe university-enterprise cooperationrelationshipswith more than 30 enterprises to offer opportunities for students to cultivate their practice and innovation ability by visiting and workingin those enterprises.
Inthe aspect of international communication, the Business Schoolhas signedExchange and Cooperation Project Agreementswith several universitiessuchas Taiwan Da-Yeh University,Shih Chien University, Xi'an Jiaotong University and University of Huddersfield. Based on the cultivation plan of four majors, the “3+1” mode is designed for the excellent students who expect to immerse themselves in different cultures.
